FREE FOR MEMBERS: Chamber members are invited to include their promotional items, menus, etc in the Chamber Marketing Tote Bags handed out at public events several times per year. Simply provide 50 items and deliver to the Reading Coop Bank, 180 Haven Street by the invitation deadline. Past distributions have happened at the Reading Open House for Our Community, the Tree Lighting Celebrations, Reading Friends and Family Day, and other events.
Chamber Marketing Tote Bag Sponsorship – $250: Your logo will be featured on our “Welcome to Reading” tote bag handed out at various local events. Limited to 10 businesses. (Next opportunity opens in June 2026.)
Web Sponsorship – $100 (Annual): Your business name (no logo) is listed with a link on our website on our scrolling list of businesses.
Business Spotlight Email- $150: Highlight your business in a news email blast focused exclusively on your product, event, specialties, and services in a Business Spotlight Email sent to our 1,300+ subscribers.
After Hours – $200: Sponsor an after-hours networking event, our most popular social business card exchange opportunity. Your logo will be included in all event marketing, on the event website and you will have the opportunity to speak for five minutes at the event. Limited to 8.
Coffee Connection – $200: Host a morning networking event in your space or co-host with local business (we can help you find a space if needed). Your logo will be included in all event marketing, on event website and in custom tabletop advertising. You will have the opportunity to speak for five minutes and provide marketing collateral at the event. Limited to 8 per event.
Visibility Banner – $500: Make thousands of impressions by sponsoring our visibility banner. Your logo will be featured on a vertical banner featured at 15+ Chamber networking, lunches and educational events from July 2026 — June 2027. Limited to 10.
Chamber Booster – $750: Includes a Business Spotlight, After-Hours sponsorship and Visibility banner, yielding robust visibility for your business at a variety of events. (Best Value) Limited to 8.
Home Page Partner – $500 (Annual): Your logo (and link) are prominently featured on the Chamber of Commerce home page. You receive maximum exposure and SEO (search engine optimization) boost.
